All our soils are screened over a half inch McCloskey trommel screener
Product Details
Triple mix is made of 1/3 sandy soil, 1/3 composted manure and 1/3 loam screened over a 1/2" screener
Top soil is a sandy loam top soil screened over a 1/2 " screener
Composted black loam is made of black loam and composted manure screened over a 1/2" screener
Composted manure is made of horse manure , leaf and yards compost and some cow manure aged for 2 years screened over a 1/2" screener
Pine mulch is pine bark mulch that has been shredded
Cedar mulch is cedar bark mulch that has been shredded
Dyed black mulch is made of ground up wood and Dyed black
Utility mulch comes from tree arborists and sits for 2 years - then we screen it over the 1/2" screener
Aged pine mulch is shredded pine bark mulch that has aged for 2 years
Garden mulch is made from utility mulch and compost screened over a half inch screen
#2 top soil is when the overs come off the screener (1/2" and bigger), then goes back through the screener the second time. This soil is good for berms, filling in low spots and can be topped up with top soil or triple mix
Sand fill is sandy soil comes from excavation jobs great for back fill or building up low areas - can be sold as unscreened or screened

Our Story
The London family farm, established in the early 1900’s on some of the best soil in the Golden Horseshoe, London Bros have been in the topsoil business since 1987. We are 100% family owned and operated. Our family takes a lot of pride in what we do. Today, Murray, Glen and Danny all contribute to the operation. Glen says that when you come to the yard, drive in the farm driveway, past the live stock and right back to our top soil yard. Look for the big yellow loader – and that’s our office!
